Orders are usually packed and shipped the next business day. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, when the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.
Next Business Day and 2-Day shipping operate on a next business day schedule. Refer to the chart below to see when your order should arrive:

Change of Delivery Address
We cannot change your delivery address once an order has been placed. Please contact customer service to cancel your order and place a new order with the updated address.
Items Out of Stock
In the rare case that an item in your order runs out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you ASAP with options.
Delivery Time Exceeded
Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. All domestic carriers are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19. Don't hesitate to contact us if your tracking number does not work or there is no estimated ETA on your package. We appreciate your patience.
