Returns and Exchanges

Purchases made directly from Moccamaster.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• The item must be in good condition and free from cosmetic damage.

Coffee and the Moccamaster hat are final-sale items and cannot be returned.

The portal will guide you through the process and provide the necessary return-shipping instructions. Moccamaster USA covers eligible return shipping and, for exchanges, shipping the replacement item.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within five business days. We will email you when the refund has been processed.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or defective items

If an item purchased directly from Moccamaster.com arrives damaged or defective, initiate the request through our returns portal within 30 days of receipt.

After the item is returned and inspected, you may choose:

• A refund to the original payment method
• A replacement item, subject to availability
