Warranty repairs
Eligible Moccamaster brewers and grinders may qualify for warranty service. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.
$99 flat-rate repair service
Eligible Moccamaster brewers and grinders can be repaired through our $99 flat-rate repair service. The $99 fee includes all parts, labor, and inbound and outbound shipping. Proof of purchase is not required for this service.
Repairs are completed at our dedicated service facility in Portland, Oregon, where our experienced technicians carefully inspect and service your brewer or grinder using Moccamaster parts to help restore it to optimal performance. All Moccamaster USA repairs are backed by a 1-year warranty.
